Cairn Rescue USA is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that exists totally on donations from people who love the breed and care about Cairns in need. We are committed to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing as many Cairns as our funding and number of volunteers will allow us. Donations to CRUSA are tax-deductible as allowed by law. We publish quarterly financial statements so you will be able to see how your donations are spent.

6. By designating a special tribute to a special dog that has gone to the Rainbow Bridge on our Rainbow Bridge Memorial.

You can also make an IN-KIND DONATION of one or more of the following:

1. Cairn, Wizard of Oz/Toto, or other dog-related items that we can auction on eBay to generate proceeds for rescue. Examples include Cairn art/paintings, Cairn and WOZ figurines, music boxes, etc.

2. Crafts, whether or not Cairn/dog-related, that we can auction on eBay or sell through our CRUSA Store. Examples include dog sweaters, dog raincoats, quilts, dog beds, afghans, dog paintings, embroidered pillows, etc.

3. Original art for use on our website or on merchandise.

4. Vet services.

5. Heartworm preventive for dogs under 25 lbs. such as Heartgard or Interceptor (all of our rescues have been tested for heartworm).

6. Frontline flea/tick repellant.

7. Calling cards (to make long-distance calls to shelters, surrendering owners, applicants, applicants’ references, etc.).

9. Varikennel 200 crates and X-Pens in good working order.
